The Commissioner has responsibility for a number of important grants and funds that work to cut crime and improve community safety on Merseyside.

Community groups, voluntary organisations and social enterprises are invited to bid for a slice of these funds to help make Merseyside an even better place to work, live and visit.

In March 2023, the PCC released a three-year Community Safety Strategy setting out how this money will be used in the most sustainable way to support organisations and initiatives who can help deliver the priorities set out in the PCC's Police and Crime Plan.

We will also use this page to publicise specific funding pots and opportunities that our community safety partners may be eligible to apply for and which would help to cut crime and provide support for victims.
