The Merseyside Road Safety Partnership (MRSP) are funding a series of Senior Road User Events taking place across Merseyside over the coming months.
These free events are designed to support our senior road users by offering:
- Inspiring guest speakers sharing real road safety experiences
- Friendly road safety stalls with practical advice and free resources
- Updates on changes to the highway code and what it means for you
- Guidance on vision, eyesight and mobility
- A chance to ask questions and connect with the professionals who can give you the information you need
- Free tea, coffee and lunch
Each of Merseyside’s five local councils will be hosting an event in their area:
These sessions are about more than just information, they’re about friendly conversations, practical advice, and reassurance for those who may not have had formal road safety input since learning to drive or ride.
Whether you’re still driving, cycling, walking, or ay other form of transport these events are a great opportunity to stay up to date, ask questions, and keep your independence with confidence.
These events are free to attend and have lunch, tea and coffee provided! All events have limited spaces which are on a first come first serve basis and are available via booking only.
No booking, no attendance.
